1.
As per contract, with the term "ticket" it means the electronic ticket enclosed, which
is valid for people and/or goods transport, which this conditions are part;
with the term "transport" it means the air freight; with the terms "air carrier"
and/or "air community carrier" it means ItAli Airlines SpA, which has the
head office in Via Tiburtina 384 - 65129 PESCARA Italy, it will do the transport service
drawns up the enclosed ticket.

The transport and the additional services are subjected to:
(i) the directiond included in this ticket;
(ii) the fares applicable;
(iii) the transport conditions of the air carrier and to the related directions,
which are integral part of this Contract.

The enclose electronic ticket has to be showed to the check-in bench, which is open
in the airport indicated on the ticket, usually 2 hour before the departure time
indicated on the electronic ticket.
Passengers must show up at the airport at the check-in bench, which is assigned
to the air Carrier early, in time to fulfill formalities before the check-in will be closed;
by the way we remaind you the check-in close 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
4.
The air Carrier has reserved the right to cancel the booking and to refuse the boarding
to the passenger whether the time to close the check-in is over or the passenger doesn't
have a valid ID even if he/she shows up on time.
In this case it will not be put any responsability down to the air Carrier for the missing boarding
of the passenger,who doesn't have no rights to re-use and/or refound of the payed price,
but it will be applied what is provided in the fare rules.
The air Carrier has reserved the right to cancel the possible booking for the following
flights and connections. The departure of the aircraft cannot, in any case, be delayed
because a passenger show up late at the check-in.
The air Carrier links an airport to another one. That's why we cannot guarantee, or
help the passengers and their baggages transfer on other flights, which can be of this Carrier or
another one.
5.
The seat is assingned on the aircraft during the check-in, on the code-sharing flights
will be used the IATA rules and the air Carrier's directions.
6.
The passenger has to go to the boarding gate, which is assigned to the air Carrier and
it is reported on the boarding pass, at least 25 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Passengers, who are late at the boarding, will not accepted on board, with the consequent lost
of all the rights to get refound of the payed ticket price and/or its reuse.
The passengers will have to make a new booking, on a following flight, with a new purchase.
7.
The passenger has to verify the dates trip and the period of validity
of the purchased ticket, and it has to be used by this period.
The maximum period of validity of ticket with a full fare is, as rules, one year from the
issue date, while the validity of discounted and/or promotional fares is, as rules, lower,
as it is comunicated to the passenger and/or it is indicated on the ticket itself.
The possible refound of the payed price for the ticket is sujected to the fare conditions
provided in the air Carrier's fare rules, it will not refound , in any case, the issued rights and
ticket-office refound.

The passenger has rights to request to the air Carrier changing of dates and times by the
superior limit of 3 hours before the departure(according to seats available and the call
center opening time), if it is provided and how the fare rules contents at the booking class purchased;
when it is necessary the passenger has to pay the possible difference between the fare already buyed
and the new fare available at the moment of purchase.

In case of flight cancellation from the air Carrier and if the passenger didn't arrive at destinations,
the passengers has the right to demand the the cancellation of the contract so he can demand the refound
of the price payed to the air Carrier for the not used part of the ticket.
The refound will executed only after a written request, with the ticket enclosed, which has to be sent
to the air Carrier, which will execute the refound if the admissibility conditions are occured.
10.
The passenger will receive informations from the air Carrier,
from an air Carrier agent, or by the subject who gives the assistance
on the flight delay and about the causes contextually to the knowledge
of the same from the organism in charge of it and however by the limit time of boarding.
Later the informations will be provided every 30 minutes.
In case of flight delay, but only if the delay get over three hours,
the passenger has the rights to cancel the contract with consequent rights to demand
the refound of the ticket cost with the conditions and terms provided from the above article.
The refound of the payed ticket remain excluded when the passenger have decided and agreed to
benefit by service.
11.
The weight limit of the allowed baggage is 15 kg. It isn't possible to benefit of
concessions not used from other passengers.Any kg as overweight is
chargeable a surcharge of 6,00 Euro/kg. The passenger has to report clearly name,
and address on all his/her baggages befor to show up at the check-in bench.
If this requisite is missing, it could imply delay during the baggages delivery.
The passenger has to keep the baggages receive, which will be given him/her at the airport
he/she will show this receive

On board is allowed to bring just an hand-baggage of reduced dimension(ex. bag or
overight bag) with a weight not more than 5 kg. and with dimensions not exceeded 100
cm(length+widht+height)
13.
The air Carrier doesn't have no responsability because of unsuited pack,
becouse perishable or fragile goods, with even exclusion of any responsability
for ligth damages to the external surface of the baggages( ex. scrachts, spots,
or dents because of the fairy wear or contact with water in case of not
waterproof baggages ).
14.
In case of lost, damaged, opening or destroied of a registered bagagge,
indipendently from the weight of itself, the air Carrier has the responsability
to refound , but limited until an amount of 1.000 DSP(one thousand special drawing rights
to pay in equivalent Euro) for any registerd baggage and in relation to the damage.
Passengers can demand an higher and/or additional limit of responsability by signing
a policy. Without no one declaration of an higher value, if the passenger considers
that the amount, which is mentioned above, is lower than the lost, opened, damaged or destroyed
baggage value, can demand to the air Carrier to pay according to the rules in the articles
artt.945 e 952 in the Navigation Laws, which fix the amount not higher than 17,04 per kg.
In this case the passenger has to provide to the air Carrier the necessary and sure elements
to determine the baggage weight. In any case the air Carrier provides to ship the baggage at home.
The baggage can be pick up at the Lost and Found office in the airport of destination.
The withdrawal of baggages has to be done from the passenger who made report or from other person
who has proxy and a copy of a valid ID of the original passenger.
The shipping of the baggages is done after the retire of the charge, even from the possible delegate
if the delegate has a copy of a vali ID of the passenger, with a release of a escape declaration.
The charge about the registered baggages has to be written down and it has to be done immediatly
at the moment of the shipping or at the moment when the shipping had to be done, and the
charge has to be writte on suited form (PIR - Property Irregularity Reports)
available at the assistance baggage office, the air Carrier or the airport manager.
The claim has to be presented to the air Carrier, under penalty of loss the right,
for the domestic flights by 7(seven) days from the day of establishment about damage cases and
by 21(twenty-one) days from the day of establishment about delay cases.
The hide damage has to be charged to the air Carrier, under penalty of loss the right,
for the domestical flights by 3 days from the day of shipping.
With regard to claims for damage to the unregistered baggage: the refound right will be
prescribed by six months from the arrival to destination and anyway the passanger has to pay
to show that the damage was made because the air Carrier. With regard to claims
to the register baggage the refound right will be prescribed by one year from the shipping.
15.
The passenger has to keep a valid ID which satisfies all the requisites
required from the airport, customs, or immigration authorities to the single destinations.
Possible fines, penalties or cost coming from irregularity in the travel documents are in charge to
the passenger.
The ID has to be showed at the check-in bench with the ticket;
if the passenger hasn't the ID or the name on the booking doesn't fit the one on the ID, the check-in will
be refused.
16.
The children, who at the date of departure haven't turned 2 years yet,haven't the rights
to the seat and it is allowed to them to fly in the arms of an adult.
The cost of the ticket is calculate with a discount of 90% of the standard class. It is allowed
just a child per adult.
17.
The air carrier doesn't guarantee the "Passenger Replacement" to possible
change from and to other carriers. No warraty is given from the
Carrier for the passengers transfer or of their baggages on other flights.
18.
Air transport within the Italian territory is disciplined: disciplinato: - i)
by the regulations of the Italian Navigation Code; ii) by what is stated in EU
regulation 889/02 and by the exclusions and regulations regarding the subject of
Carrier responsibility, by CEE regulation 261/2004. dalle iii) by the
Carrier's General Conditions for the national transportation of passengers and
baggage, and by the relevant regulations; the above mentioned Carrier’s
General Conditions and regulations are an integral and substantial part of the
present conditions. ; the same General Condition of Transport of the Carrier can
be view on this web site. Air transportation which stops over or arrives in a
Country which differs from country of departure, is subject to dispositions and
exclusions and limitations of responsibility stated in CE Regulation n. 2027/97
as modified by last CE regulation 889/02 and, for that which is not
contemplated, by the Montreal Convention (validation and executive law of
10/01/2004 n. 12). International air transportation is disciplined by the
Montreal Convention.

According to Regulation EC 889/02
the responsibility of the Community air transport Carrier for death, wounds or
physical injuries of the passenger, which occur on board the aircraft or during
boarding or disembarkation, is not subject to any financial limit. The Carrier
may not exclude or limit its responsibility, for damages up to the equivalent in
ECU of 100.000 Special Drawing Rights, supplying proof that all possible
measures were taken to prevent the incident; in case of damages for higher sums,
the Carrier will be exempt from this responsibility upon presentation of such
proof. The Carrier does not take responsibility for any damage resulting from
passenger's negligence. In case of immediate economical necessities, the
Carrier is obliged to pay the eligible person an advance on payment proportioned
to the damage endured, and in case of death, no less than the equivalent of ECU
16.000 Special Drawing Rights per passenger.Air Carrier's insurance cover
for civil responsibility conforms to Regulations.

This conditions are fundamental and they are part of the transport ticket, which the
purchase implies the full acceptance od all the rules and restrictions contained in
contractual conditions above and issued even on selling web site of the air ticket office.
