What does include the ticket price? |

The ticket price includ the available fare at the moment of booking, the surcharges, taxes, and
administrative rights. Insurance is optional.

Are there surcharges for transaction on the Net? |
|
No, they aren't. It isn't required surgarche for transaction on the Net
|

In which moment does the payment purchased? |
|
The paymenton the Internet is made when the bank verifies the credit card data end it
authorizes the payment. This operation is made in few second, so after a message will
comunicate to you the good or the wrong end of the transection.

On the website the purchase of the ticket is made in the same moment of the booking.

Yes, you can. The registration is neccesary only for the travel agencies.

You can buy the ticket for other passengers unless you have a valid credit card.

When you booking online or you buy through Call Center, you will receive at the e-mail address you
gave, The ticket with the type of payment made, whit a summary of the flight datas and the
booking code. if you buy the tickets in a travel agency, this will comunicates to you the relative booking code.

What it mean ItAli doesn't issue tickets? |
|
It doens't exist phisical tickets, but after the purchase it is enough going to the check-in with the confimation e-mail, the booking code
and a valid ID to receive the boarding pass.

Is it recommended to confirm the booked flight? |
|
ItAli recommend to reconfirm the booking the day before the departure,calling
the booking center, to be sure that the scheduled time of your flight isn't changed
.

Which is the different between a "child" passenger and an "infant" passenger? |
|
The "child" passenger is a child from 2 to 12 years (not turned yet). The "infant" passenger is a child
from 0 to 2 years (not turned yet).
